Hello! My name is Rachel and I am the owner of SAGE Therapy.

I am a UKATA and UKCP registered Psychotherapist trainee in the field of Transactional Analysis (TA) with The Berne Institute. I see clients within private practice and also voluntarily via a UK counselling service.

    I have worked in the NHS for 18+ years and have always gravitated towards vocations with a foundation for supporting, advocating and caring for others. I uphold these same values within my role as a therapist.
