With busy lives and full schedules its not always easy to attend therapy in person. Or sometimes, you may just prefer to meet in that way. Online sessions allow you to log in from wherever you are and still access the support you need.
**Studies show that online therapy is no less effective than in person.

In-person sessions are currently offered in Tooting/Balham.
